Our Story

The mission of Overseas Fishing is simple: to bring veterans and their families out on the water for relaxing day away from everyday life. Whether active, reserved, retired, or simply a supporter of the Armed Forces, Overseas Fishing is driven to provide veterans and their family members with a means of finding comfort and peace of mind that they may not have felt since before they or their loved ones were deployed overseas.

  • I am the Vice President of a charitable organization called Overseas Fishing. Our mission is to help returning and wounded combat veterans readjust and return to lives of normalcy. I can tell you that any combat veteran suffers deep emotional scars and often times suffer deeply and silently because they are ashamed to ask for help. With us they don’t have to ask. We invite them out for a day of fishing that offers fun and excitement and an escape from worry and anxiety.
